HR Process Design

In this audit, you will get a deeper understanding of what factors are affecting your overall team engagement and receive insights from the data that can be executed upon based on the provided information. Our process includes an engagement survey assessing belonging, sentiment towards management, training, recognition and other areas. After the survey, we will provide a summary of the information and conduct three focus groups to gather additional context behind your scores.

Employee Engagement Audit

Every single decision made at a company affects your team. With our HR Process Design session, we take a deep dive to understand what your desired outcomes are and we will map out your people processes to understand what is not working or not ideal then identify efficiencies and begin optimization.

This is recommended for change management or processes such as recruiting, onboarding or performance management cycles.
