I started Algo Más HR because I wanted to bring something more human to the world of work, something rooted in empathy, integrity, and real support. After nearly a decade in HR and a background in social science, I’ve seen how much changes when leaders feel supported and people feel truly valued.
But for me, it’s never just been about compliance or checklists. It’s about helping small businesses build strong HR foundations, yes, but also about creating spaces where no one has to choose between doing things right and doing things with heart. Through Algo Más HR, I’m not just helping teams run better. I’m opening doors, holding space, and building something that lasts, for my clients, their people, and the communities we’re part of.
